One large vegetable spring roll, served with a sweet teriyaki dipping sauce.

Four large mushroom caps stuffed with miniature crab cakes.
Steamed Mussels
One pound of steamed mussels, sautéed in a spicy olive oil with garlic and parsley

Lobster Bisque
It’s just what it sounds like…
6 Acres Salad
Mixed greens tossed with homemade balsamic vinaigrette.
Topped with walnuts, grape tomatoes and feta cheese.

Colossal Lump Crab Cake
Served with roasted red pepper mashed potatoes, sautéed squash and a roasted red pepper aioli.
Puerto Rican Skirt Steak
A ten ounce marinated skirt steak.
Served with creamy parmesan risotto and grilled asparagus.
Seafood Pasta
Lobster meat, sea scallops and shrimp served with a roasted red pepper alfredo sauce.
Choice of Penne or Angel Hair
Eight-ounce New York Strip Imperial
Served with roasted red pepper mashed potatoes and grilled asparagus.
Eight-ounce Pork Mignon
Served with creamy parmesan risotto, sautéed squash and a maple dijon sauce.
