Karen Struckle, owner of the Casino Theatre.

Karen will be joining us in the kitchen on Friday, April 26th at The Frogtown Inn, cooking up her signature dishes we’re sure you’ll enjoy. Check out her menu below.

With goat cheese, green olives, shallots, scallions, spicy peppers and prosciutto. Finished with your choice of Tuscan Herb or Spicy Harrissa Olive Oil.

Iceberg lettuce with orange slices in an oil and apple cider vinegar dressing.

Cheese lasagna with meatballs in our family’s traditional sauce.
